Yard art. I've been driving past this beautiful 1952 Chevy Thriftmaster for a couple of years thinking about how I might photograph it. Earlier this week as sunrise illuminated monsoonal cloud formations along the edge of the Uinta Mountains I saw what I had been waiting for. My first car was a beat up 1952 Chevy pickup that I bought for $400 after working all summer moving irrigation pipe and washing dishes in Pocatello, Idaho. Fond memories of days gone by. September 2013.
