Teton Glow. A storm moves into the Teton Range on a blustery September morning. I had very little hope for warm light as the pre-dawn sky was heavy with thick, gray overcast. I watched the clouds boil over the mountains while autumn-tinged grasses swayed in the wind. A pair of golden eye landed nearby and a beaver cruised past in the shallow waters. I watched the clouds boil over the mountains while autumn-tinged grasses swayed in the wind. A pair of golden eye landed nearby and a beaver cruised past in the shallow waters. After awhile I packed my camera and started walking down the path to my truck. I looked to the east and to my delight, pinks and purples began to emerge on the horizon. I darted back to my location, set up quickly, and fired a few frames as the Teton Range began to glow. Twenty seconds later it was over. « less
