Early Winter Morning. Winter is definitely settling into the valley while snow continues to pile up in the surrounding mountains. I had a very different landscape in mind this morning but couldn't resist stopping to photograph this scene at a nearby dairy farm along the western flank of the Uinta Mountains. This property has been utilized by the same family for more than 100 years. I think the owner is getting used to me wandering around his outbuildings at odd hours. His cattle, not so much....
